Welcome Dear Guests,

 We are very pleased to introduce a new and very expanded Bianca menu. This menu represents what we intended it to be back in March of 2020 right when the world changed in every way. Since opening in August 2020, many of you have come to know us for our rotisserie chicken, sushi favorites from our sister restaurants o ya and Hojoko in Boston, and roman style pizza from mr. roni cups. These are comfort foods many of us have craved through the past year and half.  While those aren't going anywhere, we are (finally!) firing up our custom J&R wood grill and wood fire pizza oven to introduce an even greater variety of dishes inspired by global flavors and cuisines.

 The name Bianca means a white plate, open to a variety of delicious expressions, served in an open, relaxed setting that is meant to transport you to a different time and place for even just a little while. Goodness knows we all need - maybe now more than ever - to take a break, relax, and feel transported.  We have loved seeing everyone back to dining out with friends and date nights, special celebrations and the community feeling comfortable coming back to the bar. 

 Our team is so thankful for your feedback and all of your past and continued support. As the colder months approach, we invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy our new menu from the warmth of the wood fire oven and grill.
