Thank you to you - all of our gracious guests - for your continued support and patience throughout these times.

We have had to adapt the menu quite a bit since we opened last August and we will be continuing to roll out the full Bianca restaurant and bar experience the way we originally envisioned it would be. 

The menu will be SO MUCH MORE than the time-tested favorites we've been serving through the pandemic like sushi, pizza, and rotisserie chicken. Don't worry, those won't be going anywhere! We'll be firing up our beautiful, custom J&R wood grill and Mugnani Toscana wood fire pizza oven to add even more unique variety. All of that is coming as soon as we can add more talented staff to our team (we are hiring!)

So please continue to visit us to see what's new as we roll out more and more over the next couple months and into Fall. We are very eager and excited to share new dishes with you. Follow us at @biancachestnuthill for updates!
